An I9 in a very important document that needs to be filled out when hiring new employees. It is very important to keep this document safe.

I can complete this Form I-9 in the capacity of an, "Authorized Representative" as this would not be a Notarial act. There is no stamping involved in this process.

Below you can schedule a date and time for the employee we are completing an I-9 for. There are quests for you to fill out that will be completed on the employer's section of the I-9 during the signing.

You may decide if you'd like them to come to me, at my location or for a traveling fee, I can come to your office to complete the I-9 with the employee.

A: It is an Employment Eligibility Verification form.

Q: Why do we need an I-9 for each employee?

A: It is used to identify their eligibility to work in the US and is part of the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986. Anyone hired after November 6th, 1986 must have an I-9 to work in the US.

Q: Do my employees need this Form?

A: Every employer in the United States (US) must complete and maintain the Form I-9 for every employee they have.

A: I-9, section 1, needs to be completed on or before their first day of employment.

A: Yes, and they start at about $252.00 to $2,507.00 the first time and $1,161 to $2,322 the second time.

A: US Citizens, Noncitizen Nationals of the United States, Lawful Permanent Residents, and Aliens authorized to work.

Q: Are there more requirements if I want to also us E-Verify?

A: Yes, we'd also keep records of their documents provided, scans, and would do so for EVERY employee (unless otherwise held by employer for remote workers out of state).
