Types of Inspections:
Occupancy Inspection:
This is based on an outside view of the building or house determined by obvious outside movement or parked vehicle(s) that may suggest occupancy.
Property Condition:
General description of the conditions observed during the inspection(s) from an average person point of view. A picture will go with each observation.
Private Letter Delivery:
Letter drop off is available, we can even print the letters for you for $1.00 per page. You can choose to have letters taped to the front door if nobody is home at the time of delivery. Description of letter hand off is given in write up.
Before Appointment:
The home owner(s)/resident(s) must be informed we will be arriving to take pictures 24/hours in advance. When we arrive we will knock on the door, letting the residing party know of our arrival, and reason for being there.
Restrictions:
We do not enter the home or back yards at this time.
Pricing:
$45.00 for Vancouver, WA area, call for locations outside of this area. Letters are an additional $1.00 per page
